403(b) and 457(b) Plan Information

District #162 offers two Defined Contribution retirement plan options as provided for in the US Tax code; a 403(b) plan and a 457(b) plan. Employees can choose to enroll in either one (or both) when they would like to add retirement options beyond TRS or IMRF.
